I just need to tell you how much we appreciate your handling of the selling of my "old" house and the buying of our new house.

First of all I need to comment on how nice it was to have such a friendly atmosphere, even when I was a bit overwhelmed with all of the selling and buying process.  Your good business knowledge kept me confident, relaxed, and on the right track.

I also appreciate your professional attitude and abilities...I felt you could handle anything.

Being a novice, I really liked the time you spent telling me what was going on (and why) and in general keeping me so well informed!
